Certification Options Option 1) Unit Certificate ( 20 Credit Module ) Stand-alone module, take a short, focused programme of study with our master’s level unit certificate (20 credits) to enhance your skills, knowledge and understanding in your field.Option 2) Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma ( 6 Modules: 120 Credits) Choose 6 of the available units ( 20 credits each) and complete our comprehensive postgraduate-level Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) in Business Management to enter or progress your career in management.
Option 3) Top-up MBA – (180 Credits) Once you have successfully completed the Level 7 Diploma in Business Management (120 credits), then you will be eligible to top-up the Level 7 Diploma to a full master’s from a UK university with our university partners.
Professional Body Memberships Candidates completing Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management are guaranteed Associate Grade of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) with the designatory letters ACMI. Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management graduates with three years of management experience will be guaranteed Member Grade with the designatory letters MCMI.
The British Institute of Postgraduate Education (BIPE) will provide guidance and assistance to graduates who wish to apply for the relevant memberships. The Chartered Banker for Scotland will accept holders of Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management into their higher level qualification which will lead to MCIBS (Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland).
Entry Requirements • An appropriate level of skill in English language. International learners will be required to have ILETS 5.5 or equivalent. • Different combinations of relevant National Qualifications, Vocational Qualifications and equivalent qualifications from other awarding bodies may be acceptable, as would suitable industry standard qualifications at an appropriate level. • Mature candidates with suitable work experience may be accepted for entry if they are likely to benefit from undertaking the qualification.
